Partnerships

The Foundation works in partnership with other charities tackling issues within local communities and supporting charities made a real difference to thousands of people across the UK.

Unemployment is a real social issue that is a common concern for all our communities.

The programme aims to help those young people across the UK to access work placements, write CV’s and gain interview practice through working with a range of employers including ASDA.

The foundation is proud to support the Run For All 10k’s in Leeds, York, Hull, Burnley, Lincoln and Nottingham encouraging Asda colleagues to either run, walk or volunteer therefore making a difference to hundreds of local charities.

The Asda Foundation’s partnership with Fareshare is supporting the charities operational development, allowing them to divert more food destined for waste in the retail supply chain, to the charities and individuals that really need it.

Funding from the Asda Foundation is enabling Royal Voluntary Service to develop two exciting projects which will both help to reduce loneliness and isolation by creating more opportunities for older people to get together.

The Asda Foundation and The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award (DofE) are partnering to transform the prospects of thousands of young lives in West Yorkshire.

The donation from the Asda Foundation will support Silver Letters and funding towards the 24hr Helpline.
