A Community Champion is an Asda Colleague who works alongside the local community to build relationships ensuring we can support various projects, groups and charities in your local area. Community Champions are based at our Superstores. Get in touch with your Community Champion to find out more.

The Foundation is funded by an annual donation from Asda.

The Asda Foundation board of Trustee’s approve the allocated budget spend for each grant stream.

Our current trustees are outlined on our home page alongside the names of our Asda Foundation colleagues. The Trustee board is made up of independent external trustees as well as Asda colleague trustees.

The Asda Foundation is a registered charity and company by guarantee. The board of trustee’s meet quarterly, along with strategic involvement throughout the year. The Foundation Manager leads the operational Foundation team on a day to day basis with input from trustees.
